ANALYSIS OF SEQUENCE IPIs

NARRATIVE RESULTS

Levene's test was not significant (F = 0.177, p = 0.681), therefore homogeneity of variances between groups could be assumed. Independent samples T-test
showed that CRE mice produced significantly shorter IPIs in their action sequences (t(12) = 2.964, p = 0.012).
