GENERAL MODEL
Run "model_coupling_example.m" to see how:
- a single protrusions is simulated
- a synthetic morphomap is generated
- a trajectory is extracted from a simulated morphomap
- an autocorrelation of direction is calculated from the trajectory

Run "model_coupling_full.m" to generate:
- phase diagram of Persistence time
- phase diagram of Protrusive unicity
- phase diagram of Alignment index

Run "model_coupling_makevideo.m" to generate a movie of a synthetic cell.

ALIGNMENT INDEX from experiments
Run "alignmentIndex.m" to calculate the Alignment index from RPE1 experimental data.
(the resulting answers would be: 1 - Alignment index, 2 - s.d.)

PROTRUSIVE UNICITY from experiments
Run "protunicity.m" to calculate the Protrusive unicity from RPE1 experimental data.
(the resulting answers would be: 1 - Protrusive unicity, 2 - s.d.)
